This application is for a one-time payment during the heating season (October 1-May 15). The payment helps cover a portion of your energy costs.

Due to the high volume of applications, review may take up to 10 business days. Applicants may be contacted if additional information is needed.

Incomplete applications will be denied after 30 days.

Before You Start

  • Time to complete: 45–60 minutes

  • Follow-up: The local agency may contact you if more information is needed

Information You Will Need

You will need the following information to complete the application.

Household Information

  • Date of birth for you and everyone who lives in your home
  • Income information from all sources for all adults in your home

Energy Information

  • Fuel type(s) used in your home
  • Name of the fuel or utility company that delivers energy
  • Account number for each fuel or utility company (found on your bill)

Landlord Information (if applicable)

  • Landlord first and last name or management company name
  • Address
  • Phone number

Documents You May Need

Uploading documents may help speed up your application.

You do not need to upload every document listed below — only the ones that apply to your household or situation.

Examples include:

  • Paychecks or W-2 forms (to verify income)
  • Fuel or utility bill
  • Rental lease (when applicable)

  • A valid email or mobile phone number is required.

Passcode

A 6-digit passcode will be sent to you when you start the application.

The passcode is valid for 24 hours. If you do not start your application within 24 hours, your passcode will expire.

  • If your passcode expires, select “Start Now - I need a passcode” to request a new one.
  • If you already have a passcode or started an application, select “Existing User - I have a passcode” to continue your application.

HVAC Program Services

The HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Program helps eligible homeowners when their heating system stops working or is unsafe. Services may include repairing or replacing a non-working system.

Water Conservation Program Services

The Water Conservation Program helps eligible homeowners with the repair or replacement of leaking or non-working water heaters.

Weatherization

The Weatherization program helps reduce energy costs for income-eligible households by improving the energy efficiency of their homes while ensuring their health and safety.
